You are Life, Living

Filed under: Assisted Living — Will Jay @ 7:24 am

Spirituality information always tells us that we are one with God. That is the secret to your spiritual growth. You can understand this intellectually but until you get it in your heart you cannot live this truth. Let us seek clarity on this most basic of spiritual tenets by looking at it from a little different perspective.

Here is what my dictionary has to say about life:

If you are not separate from life (God) then you must be one with life (God). Now the key issue confronting us is how you define life.

Because it is easier for me to see how I am one with life rather that one with God I am going to substitute the “label” life for the “label” God for the rest of this article. Let’s see if it helps us in reaching clarity.

And we can love all of it.

You are not separate from God. You are one with God. You are God, Goding. How cool is that? Very humbling and yet very exalting.

Once again there is lots to say about a subject as inclusive as “living.” To exist, to prevail, to be alive. I especially liked 2 (To enjoy life) relish, savor, experience, love, delight in, make every moment count, experience life to the full, live it up, make the most of life, take pleasure in, get a great deal from life.

As you can see, this is a fairly lengthy definition because the subject matter in discussion is an inclusive ideal that encompasses this experience we are going through while we are on our visit to this physical, relative universe as part of our existence.

Live v. 1(To have life) exist, continue, subsist, prevail, survive, breathe, be alive; see also BE 2 (To enjoy life) relish, savor, experience, love, delight in, make every moment count, experience life to the full, live it up, make the most of life, take pleasure in, get a great deal from life- Ant. SUFFER, endure pain, be discouraged 3 (to dwell) live in, inhabit, settle………and a whole lot more.

These definitions, just like life, are all-inclusive. We can relish the bad as well as the good. We can savor the wrong as well as the right. We can experience what doesn’t serve us as well as what does serve us.

To relish. To savor. To experience. To love.

We are here to live out the process of life (i.e. process of God). Here is what my dictionary has to say about this word called live:

Wow! Is that the way you are defining your life? This definition isn’t qualifying anything. It isn’t saying that you need to relish only the good times. It isn’t saying that you must savor only the best of your experiences. It isn’t saying that experiences don’t include those that don’t seem to serve you. It doesn’t say that love is only associated with what we define as nice or good or right.

You are not separate from life. You are one with life. You are life, living.

You are not separate from God. You are one with God. You are God, Goding. How cool is that? Very humbling and yet very exalting.

Tips to Healthier Living

Filed under: Assisted Living — Will Jay @ 3:56 am

Working to live a longer life shouldn’t be work or stressful
but just to the contrary. You should enjoy life and the pursuit
to living better and longer. Here are a few tips that will help
you in that pursuit. They are all simple and, frankly, it will
enhance your life!

5. As we age, our bodies are less able to absorb the
nutrients that they need. It is very important to supplement
your body with the nutrients that it needs. The nutrients
that are less able to be absorbed are vitamins D, C, B6, B12
and folic acid as well as many minerals such as zinc. Also
many supplements that are purchased over the counter
are not absorbed very well by the body. Most nutrients
that you intake are washed out of your body without any
absorption. Please contact me if you are interested in receiving
vitamins that are scientifically proven to be absorbed by
your body.(http://www.moms-connection.com/momsforlife.htm)

And when he needed an additional amount to finish the house, the banker came to the home, looked at a huge beautiful Weeping Willow tree and said: “Harry, we’ll use that mighty tree for collateral to help you finish
the house.”

Or how about the business minded person that understands the concept of investing in rental properties to build
their equity and net worth but cannot due to their credit being over extended or not having the cash flow or down
payment needed to close this type of business deal.

Do something positive about your situation today. But whatever you decide, work on improving your credit report or stay at that job for sufficient proof of income.

4 Things You Can Do To Protect Your Kids from Allergy & Asthma Reactions!

I was reading the other day a statistic that literally made my mouth drop to the floor. “Nearly 85% of Americans
have some type of credit impairment or problem on their credit report.” But that was not all. Of those 85%,
over 37% cannot for one reason or another buy a house.

However, there are proven steps that a buyer can take to improve whatever situation is keeping them from buying
their home. Listen closely, because this can greatly benefit you, a relative or a friend in this situation!

4. A recent study done at the Harvard Nurses’
School reported by Katie Hansen Bruno, “Women who
are all-around health conscious-exercise, eat right,
maintain a normal weight, drink occasionally, and don’t
smoke-reduce their chance of heart disease by an
amazing 82 percent”.

Okay. But what if you want a home or rental property right now? What if you know that it will take a while to fix or
re-establish your credit? And what if you only have $2000, $3000, $4000 or even $5000 to put in a house and
you’re still required to come up with more money? Is there anyone that can help you now? Are renters ‘doomed’
and banished to this renting world forever?

3. Always use sunscreen on all parts of your body exposed to
the sun including your lips. Even in the winter and on cloudy
days, it is important. Damaging UV rays can cut straight through
clouds and are amplified by snow in the winter. Radiation
can also damage blood vessels and even inhibit immune
reactions in the skin.

11. Adults lose as much as half their muscle mass
between ages 35 and 70. Using a protein supplement and regular
strength training will stop the loss and even reverse the loss.
It also will prevent the onset of osteoporosis.

Living the Simple Life

Filed under: Assisted Living — Will Jay @ 2:43 am

The trend of today for many people is to live the “simple life.” However, what exactly is the simple life? There are as many answers to this question as there are individuals looking to find the peace and contentment that seems so evasive. Yet, in their hearts there is a void, an empty spot that modern consumption just cannot fill. So,people sit there pondering what they can do to live the simple life, while the television’s volume is on high and the voice mail fills up with messages. After all this thinking, hunger comes into play. A quick trip to McDonald’s or Burger King and then back home to an evening of station-broadcast news and opinions, and then the comedies of late-night shows. You knwo, the no-holds-barred laughter at everything and anything, and nothing is beyond beign the butt of jokes.

Go to any grade school or high school sporting event! Take a peek at the sideline bench and note how many inhalers you see. Did you know that the number one reason children miss school is asthma? Why the explosion of asthma and respiratory problems in children?
4 Reasons Respiratory Problems are on the Rise!

In a few words, it is getting the most from your particular life, by doing away with what is not necessary and concentrating on what is important and life-sustaining. Life - whether physical, spiritual, or social - it is having the time for those you love and for those you would like to know and love. It is stepping outside to a sky filled with stars and to find peace in the patter of raindrops on your window. It is taking a deep breath and clearing your mind, and it is the aroma of a good meal, the sound of children laughing, and the touch of a person who loves you.

9. Do not skip breakfast! Research shows that
eating in the morning will increase your metabolism by
10 to 25 percent.

1. Sleep enough. The average American does
not sleep anywhere near enough each night and does
not sleep well enough. Lack of sleep slows down your
metabolism and potentially increases the severity of chronic
diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes and obesity.

1. NO Credit Checks
2. No collateral
3. and in many cases, a Lower down payment

Imagine not having to deal with all the extensive paperwork, the 2 years of financial statements, the credit
report, and the stringent debt to income ratios that have kept many from enjoying their American dream.

Avoid Losing Money and Start Living the Ultimate Dream!

Filed under: Assisted Living — Will Jay @ 12:11 am

I have yet to meet a person who enjoys losing money. All of us who currently market on the Internet are continually striving to learn “how” to make money and avoid losing it. Once we learn that secret, we would be living this dream.

6. Stay healthy by always carrying cleansing hand
gel. You will prevent yourself and those around you from
getting viruses by using hand gel regularly. Also, be sure
to get your flu shot in October every year if you are in a high
risk group. High risk groups include those over 50 years old,
children with asthma, people with heart or lung diseases or
people that care for others in a high risk group.

The Simple Life is right there in your heart and in your home. It just needs a little dusting off, or perhaps you can move some of your possessions to the side to make room for Simple Life to breathe some fresh air and come into play in your life. Whoa! how can a person have the simple life right there when real simple life is living in the woods with the bears and the deer and hunting and fishing for your food. Yes, there are some that find this type of life very satisfying and then there are those that do not. Who is correct? Both are indeed correct. The Simple Life is not letting your possessions control you, it is living within your means and not worrying about mounting debt, and it is laughter, quiet, and learning and evaluating all that goes around you. It is not accepting what you see on television or the internet as written in stone; for in fact, it is someone’s opinion or view of a situation and it may or may not be yours. It is not joining every group, committee, or cause, so that there is no time for famly, friends, and individualism.

This exciting and very unique program works in all 50 states and is 100% legal… it works.

- First, check your credit report to see what is on there. Preferably before you apply for a house loan. In fact,
there are many websites that offer a ‘FREE’ credit report.

8. The healthiest foods to eat are the following:
avocados, spinach, broccoli, kale, cantaloupe, carrots, mangos,
pumpkin, red bell peppers, strawberries and sweet potatoes.
Spinach is one of the highest antioxidant foods there is.
It is filled with heart-healthy foliate, vitamin A, potassium, iron,
calcium and vitamins C and A.

No. For some reason, people think they have to rent because there are no alternatives available. Or maybe it’s because they’ve heard so many rejections from so many people. Well, I am happy to say there is good news on the horizon.

1) ?Couch Potato Generation? ? kids weigh more, exercise less and spend more time indoors.
2) Too much antibiotic use - Immune systems never get much opportunity to fight infections, and then react abnormally to airborne contaminants.
3) Air Pollution ? Pollution does not cause asthma but can be a trigger for an attack. Cars and factories now have stricter controls on emissions but the problem is still there.
4) Indoor Air Pollution ? 20 years ago no one ever heard of Indoor Pollution! Since the Energy Crisis in the 70?s, buildings became more energy efficient. This meant all pollutants became trapped inside. Many of the items we furnish our home and school with are outgassing contaminants continually. Carpeting, curtains, cleaning products, particle board furniture and more! With people spending 90-% of their days indoors, this becomes a problem!

Yes, it pains many, many people to keep losing this money by renting… month after month, never seeing any equity
in what they are paying for.

7. Eat fiber!! You have heard it all your life and it
is true. People that fill up on fiber are much less likely to be
overweight than those adults that do not. You will eat less
and have a lower insulin level.

FACT: This works unbelievably well for homes, condos, townhomes, commercial and rental properties. Remember, you
can now enter the lucrative real estate world by buying rental properties with this incredible program that can
make you large amounts of cash each and every month.

The rules as it were for buying a home have changed immensely through the years. I recall my grandfather
telling me that he ’shook hands’ with his banker to build his house back in 1948.

- Second, seek counseling or debt assistance so that you can remedy the problem now because a rejection doesn’t
have to last forever! Remember that. :)

- Third, do your research. There are mortgage companies that will work with B,C, and D clients (Those with various
credit blemishes) and still get many of them into a home.

Mortgage Loans

Still, one answer that I get more often than not is: “If I could buy a home and stop losing money on renting or buy
that cash making rental property, THAT would be the Ultimate Dream for me and my family!”

Whatever a person’s situation is, ranging from bad credit to low down payments to being over extended,
…this keeps many from enjoying the Ultimate Dream.

1) Watch for days when pollen counts are high and restrict vigorous exercise on hot days.
2) Avoid Wood Stoves and fireplaces in the home and NEVER allow smoking in the home of an asthmatic.
3) Keep pets out of the bedrooms.
4) Make sure kitchen, bathrooms, and basement are well ventilated to cut down on mold in humidity.
5) Put pillows and mattresses in allergen-impermeable covers to cut down exposure to dust mites.
6) Use non-toxic cleaning products and avoid perfumes and scented products.
7) A filter-less air purifier is highly recommended since a filter can only capture a small portion of allergens.

The point? Yes, things have definitely changed. It has become increasingly difficult for many to buy a home for
several different reasons. One major reason is credit!

Tai Chi Chuan ? the ancient path to stress free living

Filed under: Assisted Living — Will Jay @ 2:55 pm

When I began practicing Tai Chi in 1991 the thing that struck me about it was its power or at least the promise of its power. What I went on to witness and discover was that there was nothing mystical or particularly esoteric about the power of tai chi it was more just a case of doing it, following tai chi?s unique set of principles and just witnessing what arose within me. When I practice my form (sequence of movements) it is never exactly the same but it is always beneficial.
Tai Chi means ?the supreme ultimate? and Chuan means, ?fist? so Tai Chi Chuan is in fact a martial art despite it?s reputation for just being a gentle meditative exercise. When practiced as a martial art Tai Chi is both effective and powerful (but this takes a lot of practice to even glimpse especially when you learn that in Tai Chi, the main focus is to use the power of the mind in unison with the energy and power of the body to release force in whatever direction you want).
The benefits of Tai Chi are immense and include improved co-ordination, circulation, posture, balance and well-being. Because tai chi is practiced slowly and with a relaxed focus the nervous system becomes calmer and so do you. This meditative effect gives you a clearer perspective mentally and in today?s fast and hectic world this can only be a huge resource. In fact the stress relieving attributes are one of the main reasons why people start Tai Chi as it gives them a calm mind and real sense of physical emotional and spiritual health
Tai Chi started a long time ago so it?s had time to develop and evolve into what we see today. This slow process of change which has happened to tai chi over the centuries is mirrored in the way tai chi is practiced i.e. at a meditative pace with no rush to complete it?s intricate and engrossing movements. The softness and flow of tai chi make you relax (you just can?t help it!) but it?s a rejuvenating kind of relaxation. At the end of a Tai Chi class people are buzzing with Qi (life-force), as the practice encourages your energy to flow and tension and blockages just seem to dissolve away. It all sounds very blissful and beautiful, which it is but you do have to put a little effort in to get the results. It?s hard to get your head around that something so graceful and elegant can be used for self defense too, but then again there is an old Chinese saying that ?the best fighters never fight? i.e. if you have no enemies internally or externally then there is no need for conflict. The philosophy behind Tai Chi (Taoism) is really useful too and includes the theory that if you fight force with force any conflict will get worse. It teaches yielding and flexibility to overcome any situation. This can diffuse a situation leaving room for negotiation and dialogue. When you take something like that into your daily life then you have gained a distinct advantage. Yielding encourages listening and when you listen you gain more information and it is easier to see where someone is coming from. In the workplace such a strategy would create less stress for everyone!
Part of the physiological aspect of tai chi includes the effect it has on our brain, our lymphatic system and our joints. Recent neurological research has found that tai chi practice encourages the brain to perform more effectively. This is partly due to the brain receiving more oxygenated blood (as the breathing technique in tai chi improves lung capacity and elasticity) but also because the meditative, calming effect of tai chi changes the brains frequency from beta (active normal waking waves) to alpha (receptive between sleep and awake waves which are related to improved ability to learn and remember). The lymphatic system is partly responsible for detoxifying the blood and is stimulated by the gentle muscular work in tai chi. The soft relaxed movements of Tai Chi massage the lymph nodes improving their function and boosting the immune system. The joints of the body are often where aches and pains first creep in so maintaining healthy active joints is important at any age. Because the load bearing joints of the body are kept in strong alignment throughout Tai Chi and are never abused nor greatly impacted upon, their health and function is protected whilst the circulation of blood in and around the joints is increased.
All in all Tai Chi offers us a unique way to combat stress and learn new and valuable skills.

Are You Living On An Island Of Fear?

In the movie released last year, “The Castaway,” Tom Hanks played the role of a FedEx delivery man. His job was to fly all over the world making sure that the packages were delivered on time.

Forget the past! So what if you tried many times and have failed. Sometimes that’s what it takes - instinct. People often have to experiment in order to find out what’s right for them and their particular situation, their likes and dislikes, as well as what they are comfortable with. If you have lost weight in the past but gained it back, at least you know that it IS possible. Study what you have done and find out where you have went wrong. Research, look into things and then try it again. Practice makes perfect!

2) Determine what you do want

It is important to know where we want to go and to have a
rough idea of how we plan to get there. While it is
important to give up final control to God or the Universe,
we need a sense of focus and direction to our lives.
Planning for the future gives us that sense of direction.

You have a choice of 50, yes 50 products to sell and commision is made on varying levels directly to you. There is also the chance to earn from people you sign up under you but this is hard to do sometimes and not everyone wants to go through the ” email list ” process so you will be glad to know you dont have to.

The idea of using external influences and deities is primarily based on one’s belief system and as such is necessary for many to establish a spiritual side. As noted, it is easier to offload one’s own responsibilities and destiny on to a faith-based entity than to accept that we choose and define our own destinies. But, to resolve, it is essential to replace that belief with a sense of reality; however, that is a slow and laborious process that will take centuries to unravel as it took centuries to instill.

I know a woman who can?t seem to learn from her past. At a young age, she has had recurring unfortunate relationships ? living in with men who have bad habits and vices. Abusive and exploitative, these men left her when she became inconvenient. Each time, she was left with children to take care of, with more physical injury, financial burden, and emotional hurts to endure. One man even sold her soul by forcing her to prostitution.

Don?t expect immediate results. Keep a diary of all foods eaten and all medications taken. Keep a record of all symptoms and when they begin and end. If your child cheats, don?t get discouraged, just note it and watch for symptoms. The symptoms may last up to three days and are exacerbated by infection, exertion and chill.

Morelia?s weather

So for safety reasons, the rear-view mirror is essential when driving. In life, do we need to review the past to safely navigate the present and future and their unpredictable twists and turns?

Q: How has your faith impacted upon your family life and your writing career?

Earth tones give a room a close grounded feeling, and can promote a sense of intimacy. They are rustic natural colors that seam simple and warm. Soft tans and browns are the colors of family, and will give your living room that feeling of home. Besides, they don’t show dirt. Greens can be matched in with browns, to create a feeling of nature and the outdoors in.

Holistic living is to emphasize the positive in all dimensions. To begin with, create wholeness in the grosser trio of Body-Mind-Emotions. Once these grosser dimensions are brought in a state of balance, then we can actualize the more subtle dimensions.

In fact, by allowing people to believe, and teaching such beliefs, in their inner gods and spiritualism, they do indeed belong to a group — a much larger group consisting of everyone and everything — this instead of segregating groups by concocted, shaky, and fear-inducing beliefs. Could this be the answer to many of today’s problems? Instead of pointing to a multitude of greater beings and dictating what these beings tell each group of believers simply to create a rift at the political and religious levels, perhaps by believing in oneself as the creator and understanding that we are all creators that the turmoil might decrease or desist.

Keep in mind that when it comes to latex allergy, there are many different forms of reaction, some minor and some major. For instance, a Type 1 latex allergy is considered as hypersensitive, which produces symptoms ranging from minor such as watery eyes and a runny nose to more severe problems that would include nausea and vomiting, hives, and shortness of breath. With Type 1, the problem is that latex particles become airborne and then inhaled.

Ways to Minimize Chemical Exposure: Do not smoke, do not use scented cosmetics, when possible, wear garments made of natural fibers, which have not been chemically treated. Minimize drug use. Avoid foods with chemical additives or preservatives. Drink water that has no fluoride or chlorine added.

A: I?m busy trying to promote this book and compiling more essays. I haven?t settled on a new theme yet. I?m working on two other writing projects right now, a novel and a kind of a ?how to? book on media relations. We?ll see where these things go.

The best way to express your views and desires on “end-of-life” issues is to write them down. There are many different types of legal documents that can help you plan how your affairs will be handled in the future. Wills and trusts give you a method to say how you want your possessions disbursed after you die. Advance directives describe your health care wishes in case you can not speak for yourself.

4) Keep it up for at least 30 days. Be consistent

A few do escape from that island. They are the ones who finally become sick and tired of living a wasted life, they are the ones who overcome the fear inside.

I have a sister of whom I am very proud. After the kids were grown she found herself divorced after years of unhappy marraige. So she went back to work. She found the job market brutal after all those years as a housewife, but she stuck with it, and got a ticketing job with Continental Airlines. She allowed herself to dream about returning to the flight attendant’s job she’d given up when she got married, and thanks to a 1968 court ruling which struck down the mandatory resignation ages and to the fact that my sister is still in great shape, today she is flying again. And she loves it!

I hope you get a clearer picture by the explanation I have just given in…No4

- How and why those jobs were lost
- Why 14 million more jobs will be lost
- why those jobs are never coming back
- What the future will be like for Americans
- How you can survive the collapse

OPTION 2: Find a Coach

If you react to it again, remove it from your diet for another six months. If you are an adult and react to this food again, you may have a fixed sensitivity and you may never be able to tolerate this food. Children have fixed reactions less often.

Now at last i can say i have found a program that offers to reward your work with sound opportunity and financial return, you won’t be a millionaire but it is possible and very likely that you WILL make a tidy living selling products that people actually do WANT to buy.

What Brought Me To Morelia

There is also a lot of truth in the saying , good things come to those who wait.

For Type 4 latex allergy, the reaction is limited to any exposed area. This would include someone having surgery and the bandages being held on by latex tape. The result is a skin rash and irritation, swelling, and redness that typically lasts anywhere from 24 to 48 hours. Obviously, this type of latex allergy is not nearly as serious although it is quite frustrating.

What obstacles are in your way? Be honest with yourself about the beliefs you may have that continually limit you from getting what you want. What are you tolerating in life? When these things are handled, it increases your energy and clears a space for what you want to show up.

I have encountered so much literature about conquering and letting go of your past…..burning your bridges and so on, but it can definitely be seen that the majority of people seem not to fully understand the meaning of…Forget the past.

I want you to remember with joy the most intimate, loving experiences of your life, and then imagine them tripled. Imagine them tripled in intensity, and imagine having them five - times - more - often! (That’s FIFTEEN times the intimacy and love for the mathematicians out there). Imagine lying on your death bed, surrounded by loved ones, breathing ‘I have truly lived, like few have lived before me’. Imagine them saying at your funeral: ‘This woman, or this man, will be remembered for truly opening up to others. For truly seeing people and loving them as they are. And! For first finding out what it took to love her self, so that she could love others.’

Driving the highway of life is constantly accompanied by unforeseeable events. A reliable guide to the present and future is our previous experiences. A good handling of the past can enlighten us well today.

As you have probably witnessed, one of the first words spoken to a child on a repetitive basis is ‘No!’ We as human beings can sometimes be conditioned by these negative experiences and end up with low expectations of what we can really do. As a result, this often extends to how one views their body. In order to fix this problem it would be wise to look at what others have accomplished and to also look at the subject itself in a little more detail.

For example if eating out at a restaurant gives you a migraine or breathing difficulties, then having a nice dinner at home with loved ones or a picnic outside is a great alternative. If riding an exercise bike is too strenuous and causes symptoms then a nice stroll around the block or the park will be just as beneficial. If being in public places is problematic for you then maintaining relationships by phone or computer will sustain you.

Body is in a state of health and well-being.

Lighting
Brass ship lanterns, of course! Although originals are collectibles, there are many attractive reproductions available. Use a traditional oil-burning unit or opt for a candle-lit look.

This is very understandable. Illness and pain can be all consuming and very frightening, but continuing to live is exactly what you need to do. Finding a healthy balance between your limits and living is essential for your mental, physical and spiritual well-being.

A crossbeam bear a heavy burden of a house. If you sit under it, you will also bear the invisible stress. The situation will affect your health. For example, you maybe usually have a headache and feel nervous.

Supports nerve tissues and nerve function necessary for healthy muscle function, especially in the heart involved in the conversion of fatty acids and amino acids into hormones, proteins and enzymes.

A: My kids are used to it. Classmates sometimes comment about something they?ve read in the paper or in one of my books. I hope you are sitting down as you read this! You cannot begin to work on this kind of subject without addressing the subject of time itself ? and when was the last time you did that?

Simple living - simple pleasures - using what we have and re-using, if possible. Not being fooled by fancy packaging and glitzy advertising-but being able to appreciate value and usefulness. Imagination and creativity are gifts to be used, less they wither and die. It is the realization that two hands can produce needed items that make life easier and more enjoyable. Our minds are untapped resources of great abilities and possibilities. Simple living is trying to develope and strengthen talents and opportunities.

Supplements of the Month:

Mantel accessories may be applied to the other shelves and the tables in the room. Keep them free from dust-collecting, trivial things, while creating a sense of order and cleanliness.

Life?s patterns and perspective, whether productive or not, deserve a second look to determine their usefulness. Past mistakes likewise deserve a review so we can learn from them. An analysis of the past helps us see our strength in coping with challenges, losses, and defeats. In a significant way, a life review teaches valuable lessons better than a classroom.

No one is really one hundred percent one type or another but overweight people usually tend to lean more towards the endomorph.

2. To have sharp and alert mind

Millions of American manufacturing jobs have been lost
since the 1960’s. But American inginuity allowed many of
those jobs to be replaced by high-tech jobs. The jobs we
are losing now are in Engineeering, Computer Science,
Research and Development, and most other high-tech areas.

Keep in mind that latex is actually a natural product that comes from a rubber tree’s sap. Because it is so flexible, strong, and costs very little to manufacture, it takes first place over many similar manmade products. If you suspect that you have a latex allergy, you can see your doctor for a thorough examination and blood work. This test involves looking at a certain antibody called IgE immunoassays, which is performed through skin testing.

While at the other end or side of the room, a pair of book-cases, cabinets or a credence. These balance the fireplace, since they are placed against the wall and have a corresponding shelf, cornice or mantel line.

To change your life you must change your existing thought patterns! In doing so, you are immediately starting an unconscious process of directing the hidden or…inner power…towards a more organized living lifestyle…or whatever you wish.

My point here is that life is short. Don?t let your fear of your symptoms prevent you from living. Don?t let your pain control you life completely. Remember what?s most important in life (love, family, friends and spiritual fulfillment) Make love when you have a headache, read a book with your child when you are in great pain. Write that book even though you can barely stand up. Take a walk or go to the ocean even though you are aching tremendously. Take risks and allow yourself to live in spite of your limits while at the same time honoring your limits.

6. Add More Light - Banish shadows by uncovering windows and adding light fixtures. Consider cove lighting, uplights, rope lights, bookshelf lights, and any other of the myriad of light fixtures available.

Optical Illusions of Interior Decorating: How to Make the Most of Your Living Space

Filed under: Assisted Living — Will Jay @ 1:53 pm

Where you live often determines the size of your living space. Having lived in many different states I know that the size of the average home in California is very different from the size of the average home in Texas or Arizona. But you don?t have to feel trapped by your limited or excessive living space. With a few clever decorating tricks you can make a small space appear bigger or you can scale down a large space.

Involved in energy production in the body, as well as the metabolism of homocysteine, the amino acid that is a risk factor for atherosclerosis.

When we ask for what we want, it inspires others and empowers us as humans to really go for it. Connect with people, share your dreams. Draw on the power of partnering and synergy by allowing others to support and help us.

?The [music] industry is going through a huge transitional phase. Everything is changing and the [record] labels are realizing this. They are now using many of the same avenues to promote their artists as those available to unsigned artists,? says Burdick.

- Start Your Own Business. Choose a type of business where
you won’t be competing with foreign companies. Examples are
dry cleaner, caterer, decorator, mail boxes and packaging.
Anything that requires a physical person to be present.

To start living your life you’ve got to be in control of it.

Choose one or two and collect them in various materials. Or re-create a ship’s deck by acquiring one of each kind and displaying them in realistic positions throughout your space.

Above all else, don’t make excuses, don’t
assess blame and don’t postpone the need to
lighten your load. Too many seniors today
are faced with a limited income and worries
about how they will make ends meet. Your
clutter is acting as a stopper to your
prosperity. You can generate much needed
income and free up space for even more
money to come to you simply by releasing
some of your treasures. You’ll spend less
time cleaning and dusting, and have more
free time to do all the things you
want to do.

Just like with the buses of Morelia, shopping areas can be overcrowded and a challenge. There was more than one occasion I experienced pushing and shoving (never violent though) to get through to a counter to purchase food or other items. A Mercado (Mexican market) is nothing like the grocery stores I had been used to in the United States. Of course, there are a few supermarket style grocery stores in Morelia that are similar, but, they aren?t near as much fun to go to as the Mercados. As I mentioned in one of my previous articles ? one can purchase almost anything in a Mercado (hopefully all legal). I used to spend a lot of my free time walking all over El Centro to the various shops and Mercados. I remember buying things from CDs to leather goods to delightful foods I had never experienced before. At my favorite clothing store, Milano?s, I was able to buy an entire new wardrobe for less than $150. I found leather jackets and coats at a stall not far from the downtown library for $50 to $75 that would easily cost $400 to $500 in the United States. Morelia has some of the best bargains I have ever found if one is willing to spend the time and energy to look.

If you are not taking my message seriously, do the math
yourself. China and India each have a population of over
one billion (not to mention Indonesia and Africa), compared
to about 300 million for the United States. In order to
compete in the globalized economy, American wages and the
American standard of living will need to drop to the level
of the poorest counties on the planet.

Once when visiting Arizona I was planning a trip to visit friends in California I hadn?t seen in years, but I was experiencing a lot of symptoms. I debated whether to go and decided this was just not something I could pass on regardless of how I felt. I developed half a migraine on the trip and the trip was very hard on me, but in the midst of this I visited my friends, ate Rice Dream ice cream and took a walk. The next day the headache was gone and I went to the ocean for the first time in my life and had a spectacular time. I had another wonderful day visiting my friends the following day and then went back to Arizona.

4. Live in the Present.

A: I?m married and the father of four children, three of them now teenagers and one a pre-teen. We have three boys and our youngest is a girl. She?ll be a teen next year! I?ve been a family oriented writer for about twelve years. I started writing a local newspaper column with a parenting theme when my oldest was in kindergarten. At the time, he sat next to a little girl whose father was the local newspaper editor. I asked if I could submit some articles and he said ?yes.? Now my oldest is 17, bigger and stronger than me and I am still writing about family.

5: Avoid any fighting and bickering over who
gets what items. Write a letter like the one
Janet’s mother-in-law wrote, that simply
states: *I hope we raised you well enough not
to argue over possessions. Your family and
dedication are more important than things.
So I’m sure you won’t argue over who gets
what.* As you tell your tales, explain why
you selected a certain person to receive a
certain item. This will go a long way
toward alleviating any ill feelings. Remind
them that it’s the memory that matters, not
the item itself. Encourage anyone who isn’t
the keeper of the item — but cherishes the
item as well — to get a copy of the story
about the item. They can always read the
story, and visit the item.

The movie portrayed a very intense drama. An analogy of what life is like for many people. Thousands of folks every day feel trapped in a nowhere life. They feel like their life is being wasted, like they are going nowhere, on a nowhere island with little hope of escape.

His fears of losing what small sense of security the island provided, as despicable as it was, prevented him from trying to escape to a better life. A life he knew existed, but now only dreamed about.

* Regarding lay offs in the currently troubled airline industry, here are some quotes I gleaned from a flight attendants online forum at www.flightattendants.org (If you really want to hear what FA’s are saying, go read these discussions, they are very enlightening):

7. Recognize God in everyone.

Then there is the insidious kind of pain that seems to have no message or purpose. Or by the time we realize what the message or
purpose is, there is already permanent damage done to the body. It is often excruciating, disruptive and untreatable. For this category of
pain, I found I must ?go into it?. What does this mean? I allow myself to acknowledge and fully experience my frustration, resentment,
grief and outrage over my suffering. I also allow myself to feel and experience the physical pain in its entirety. I embrace it and become
one with it. I surrender to it and I flow along with it and allow it to flow through me. I must come to accept it and learn to function
within it. I must make pain my companion rather than my enemy. I have found that if I fully accept, rather than resist, the pain in this
way then it no longer has the same power over my life. Initially in my illnesses I did a lot of cure chasing which eventually led me to
realize that I was wasting a lot of time, energy and money. I found that I made more progress when I focused on learning how to live
with my illness and within my limits.

1. Create Sub-sections - Establish individual areas for conversation, reading, games or just plain relaxing. Partitioning a room in a way that?s invisible or apparent will help you make the most of a large, luxurious space.

Here’s the pro: “The airline industry is in trouble but it isn’t going to hell just yet. I’ve been working as a FA for about 3 years and believe that my job is secure. I do work for a regional but haven’t seen a lot of people come from other airlines to us because of layoffs. We suspended hiring in
September until the beginning of the new year and plan to start again in the spring. In the fall there is usually less flying overall than in the other months so it made sense to stop hiring. The first year the money is really funny and that’s when a lot of people leave. At (blanked by Kim) we start at $16.69 an hour with an 80 hour guarantee (Monthly), there is no max but it would be hard (if not impossible) to fly more than 100 hours in the
best and busiest of months. Right now most people are getting pretty close to 85 hours. Per diem is $1.40 an hour from check in to 15 minutes after block in. There is no talk of layoff or the company trying to ask for concessions.” - skywaiter

3. Vary the Color Scheme - In a large room with multiple windows, blend and reverse colors on different windows. The contrast will break the monotony and create a more interesting look.
